The error you are seeing has to do with a corrupted file important to playing protected content in the Silverlight plugin. Silverlight is used by these supported browsers.
Windows:
1. Reboot your computer
2. Download and run Microsoft's "Fix It" tool
- This tool is created by Microsoft and will fix most Silverlight errors for you.
- Download the file and run it.
- Follow the instructions.
3. Remove Silverlight protected content settings
- From the desktop press
+R (Windows key).
- In the "Run" dialog paste "%programdata%/Microsoft/PlayReady" and hit Enter.
- If the folder cannot be found you may need to verify you have administrative access.
- If the folder still does not exist, follow the 4th option below.
- Delete the mspr.hds file.
- Empty the Recycle Bin!
Mac:
1. Reboot your computer
2. Remove Silverlight protected content settings
- Quit all open browsers.
- Click the Finder icon from the dock at the bottom of the screen.
- Press Cmd+Shift+G (shortcut for "Go to Folder...").
- Paste "/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/PlayReady" and press Return.
- If the folder cannot be found, you may need to verify you have administrative access.
- If the folder still does not exist, follow the 3rd option below.
- Drag the file mspr.hds to the Trash.
- Empty the Trash!
