Philo Edu says I'm in an unsupported location.

In order to connect to Philo Edu, the following must be true:

Your device is connected to the campus network.

Your device is not connected to a VPN.

You are physically on campus.

If the issue persists, submit a support request and include your public and private IP addresses:

Your public IP address can be found at ip.philo.com

Your private IP address can be found by following the steps below:

For Mac:

  1. Click on the wifi icon  located in the top right corner. Scroll down to the bottom, click on Open Network Preferences and your private IP address will be displayed beneath your wifi status.

For Windows:

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Open Command Prompt.
  3. Type ipconfig and press Enter. Your IP address will be located next to the IPv4 address.

For Roku:

  1. Make sure your Roku is connected to the same wireless network as your computer.
  2. To find your Roku's private IP address, go to Settings > Network > About.
