In order to connect to Philo, the following must be true:
Your device is connected to the campus network.
Your device is not connected to a VPN.
You are physically on campus.
If the issue persists, submit a support request and include your public and internal IP addresses:
Your public IP address can be found at ip.philo.com
Your internal IP address can be found by following the steps below:
- Hold ALT + left click on the wifi icon located in the top right corner. Your internal IP address will be displayed beneath your wifi.
- Click the Start button.
- Open Command Prompt.
- Type ipconfig and press Enter. Your IP address will be located next to the IPv4 address.
