Philo says I'm in an unsupported location.

In order to connect to Philo, the following must be true:

Your device is connected to the campus network.

Your device is not connected to a VPN.

You are physically on campus.

If the issue persists, submit a support request and include your public and internal IP addresses:

Your public IP address can be found at ip.philo.com

Your internal IP address can be found by following the steps below:

For Mac:

  1. Hold ALT + left click on the wifi icon wifi_logo.png located in the top right corner. Your internal IP address will be displayed beneath your wifi.

For Windows:

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Open Command Prompt.
  3. Type ipconfig and press Enter. Your IP address will be located next to the IPv4 address.
