Philo says I don't have access.

Your school has a subscription with the content provider that specifies requirements for students in order to be given access to Philo. The requirements are usually as follows:

You must be currently living in on-campus housing.

You must be currently enrolled in classes.

If you moved in recently, please note that it can take a day or two for the school to update your account, especially at the beginning of the semester. 

If you meet the requirements but are unable to access the service, submit a support request with the following information: 

Your full name

Your university or college username

Your on-campus address (dorm/building and room number)

 

If you are able to log in but can't see the full lineup of channels, review the requirements for access
