The iOS app is not working.

If you experience difficulty watching Philo on your iPhone or iPad, oftentimes deleting and redownloading the Philo app resolves the issue. But if that doesn't do the trick, please submit a support request explaining the issue and include the following:

Device model (e.g., iPhone 5)

iOS version (Settings > General > About > Version)

IP address (Settings > WiFi > Network you’re connected to > IP Address)

Philo app version (Philo > gear icon gear_icon_prod.png > Version)

Is your device jailbroken?
