The iOS app is not working.

If you experience difficulty watching Philo Edu on your iPhone or iPad, often times deleting, making sure your device is up-to-date and redownloading the Philo Edu app resolves the issue. But if that doesn't do the trick, please submit a support request explaining the issue and include the following:
Device model (e.g., iPhone 5)
iOS version (Settings > General > About > Version)
IP address (Settings > WiFi > Network you’re connected to > IP Address)
Philo Edu app version (Philo Edu > gear icon  > Version)
 
Is your device jailbroken?
