The video is frozen.

If the video player indicates that it is playing video but all you see is a frozen image, that means Philo is receiving frozen video signal from the content provider. In other words, there is a problem with the channel upstream of Philo.

If you are experiencing this issue, we've likely already reached out to the content provider to restore the channel, but please submit a support request so we can let you know once it is fixed.
