The Android app is not working.

If you experience difficulty watching Philo on your Android device, oftentimes the following suggestions resolve the issue:

Clear the cache and app data (Settings > Apps > Philo > Storage)

Delete and redownload the Philo app

If that doesn't do the trick, please submit a support request explaining the issue and include the following:

Device model

OS version

IP address (Settings > About phone > Status > IP Address)

Philo app version (Philo > Settings, the top, right icon > About > App Version)

Is your device rooted?
