For personal devices only (ie: a Roku in your dorm room), please follow these instructions below. Oftentimes the following suggestions resolve the issue:
- Perform a system update (Roku home screen > Settings > System > System Update > Check Now).
- Restart the Roku. There is no power button on Rokus, so the simplest way to restart one is by unplugging it and then plugging it back in.
If that doesn't do the trick, please submit a support request explaining the issue you're experiencing.
