Please Note: If you are experiencing issues with a Roku in a common space, please DO NOT reactivate the device to your Philo account. Instead, report the issue to your University's IT Help Desk.
If your Roku is reset, you will be prompted to reactivate it the next time you access Philo Edu. Instructions for this process are below:
- On your computer, log in to watch.philo.com.
- Click the Roku Registration link at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the 4-digit code provided.
- Select Reactivate
