To use a different Philo account on a Roku, the Roku must first be deregistered from the old account. Instructions for deregistering a Roku from your Philo account are below:
- On your computer, log in to watch.philo.com.
- Click the Roku Registration link at the bottom of the page.
- Under Devices, locate the Roku by its serial number.
- Select Delete.
If you are trying to activate a Roku that was previously registered to someone else's account, submit a support request including the Roku's serial number for assistance.
