Bouncing logo on your screen? This can mean one of two things:
- The program is being blacked out by the content provider. One common reason for blackouts is when a sporting event is televised locally in your area exclusively via a regional sports network.
- The channel is currently down. In this case, please submit a support request letting us know which channel is down and we'll look into it immediately.
